04Nature of the activity
RGATT operates a provenance and traceability registry for fine watches: watch registration, a permanent on-chain provenance record, and peer-to-peer ownership transfers between members. RGATT is not a marketplace and is never a party to any sale a member may agree with a third party outside the platform.
05Intellectual property
The RGATT brand, domain name, design, texts and platform elements are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without RGATT's written authorisation is prohibited. Photographs and descriptions submitted for a watch remain the responsibility of the member who registered it.
06Consumer mediation
Pursuant to articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer who has a dispute with RGATT over a paid subscription or service may refer the matter, free of charge, to a consumer mediator, after having first tried to resolve it by contacting us in writing at legal@rgatt.com.
RGATT is completing its registration with an approved consumer mediator; the mediator's name and contact details will appear here as soon as it is effective. In the meantime, a consumer may still contact us at legal@rgatt.com and use the national redress bodies listed below.
Referral to the mediator is a right, not an obligation, and does not deprive the consumer of access to the courts. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed in July 2025; consumers in the EU can find their national redress body through the European consumer redress portal, and consumers in France can consult the list of approved mediators published by the DGCCRF.
